The founders I partner with decide the best way to leverage my time with them through the items below, even if simply to be a sounding board.
1:1 Advising Meetings - can either be a 1:1 with a founder / executive / specific team member, a problem solving session focused on a specific task or question, or an interview for a potential hire at the company.
Startup Advising Meetings - focused on the overall success of the company, comprises meetings with 1 or more folks across the company, and is a long-term commitment to the company’s growth, product and leadership. This generally includes working together on items that span across multiple meetings.
Types of meetings: Weekly leadership calls, prioritization meetings, weekly team calls, fundraising prep, advisory board sessions, financial reviews, etc.
Ad-hoc phone calls / messaging - I prioritize being responsive to phone calls and messaging to support you as a founder; most often these are sanity check questions or talking through work / founder lifestyle related items.

I’m a two-time founder and CTO/COO. As I’m able to, I enjoy working with founders to help problem solve ways to take their companies to the next level. When working together we’ll be leveraging my experience leading companies for over 10 years, scaling to teams of over 80 employees, raising over $20M of capital and getting acquired for $30M.
As a founder I’ve had extensive experience in most areas of company building. My deep expertise is in leveraging technology to build and scale software products, and also to streamline internal operations for the company.
